Nicole completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, achieving a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Exercise and Sports Studies. Her involvement in the intercollegiate Division I track and field team shaped her perspective, as her personal encounters with sports-related injuries ignited her passion for becoming a physical therapist. Subsequent to her bachelor’s journey, Nicole went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University.Â

Nicole employs a dynamic movement-centered strategy in conjunction with hands-on therapy to foster a well-rounded and all-encompassing healing strategy tailored to each unique patient. With a passion for education, Nicole imparts her patients with insights into anatomy, physiology, and the root causes of their symptoms. This approach not only facilitates their recovery but also equips them with the tools to avert prospective injuries. Nicole has forged partnerships with a multitude of running clubs, triathlon clubs, and sports teams across San Francisco.Â
