Our Team

Amber is originally from Los Angeles, California, but moved to the North Bay in 2013. She fell in love with the Bay Area and decided to make it her home after graduating from Sonoma State University. Amber is interested in continuing her education and pursuing a career in Occupational Therapy.

Experience

Amber graduated from Sonoma State University and received her B.S in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science.  Amber is also a Personal Trainer who works with patients who have graduated from Physical Therapy and need some guidance with strength training programs suited specifically for them. She would like to further her education and career within Occupational Therapy.

Interests

During her spare time, Amber enjoys exploring wineries, breweries, and eateries in Sonoma County. She loves going to the movies, sports games, working out, and spending time with her friends and family.
