Addison has been part of the Renew team for over 10 years and is passionate about the organization’s commitment to empowering patients and helping them achieve their goals. She enjoys finding ways to improve systems and streamline operations while building meaningful relationships with both patients and colleagues. Whether solving problems behind the scenes or supporting her team, Addison strives to bring balance, efficiency, and a people-first approach to everything she does.
Addison earned her B.A. in Integrative Biology and has spent more than a decade working in physical therapy settings in a variety of roles. Her diverse experience spans operations, human resources, training, technology, and administrative leadership. She is a lifelong learner who enjoys helping others grow, develop new skills, and reach their potential. Known for wearing many hats, Addison thrives on tackling challenges and creating systems that help teams succeed.
Outside of work, Addison loves spending time with family, friends, and good food. She is active in her church community and enjoys serving and encouraging others. As a mom of two young children, much of her free time is spent making memories with her family, though she’s excited to be entering a season where reading is becoming possible again. She also enjoys staying active through hiking, running, soccer, and outdoor adventures with her family and dog.
These days, most adventures involve two energetic kids, but Addison is happily rediscovering one of her favorite hobbies: reading a book all the way through
