Adam Namba, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant
  • San Francisco

Adam was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and went on to study at the University of Utah before relocating to Boston to earn his Physical Therapist Assistant license from Bay State College in 2022.

Adam’s approach to care is built on one simple belief: physical therapy should feel good to come to. He prioritizes creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients can actually enjoy the process of getting better whether that means returning to a sport they love, a hobby that brings them joy, or simply the activities of daily life that matter most to them. Adam incorporates sport-specific exercise progressions to ensure a confident, functional return to performance not just recovery, but readiness.

“Motion is lotion.”
Experience

Adam attended the University of Utah, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He later attended Bay State College in Boston, where he obtained his Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree. Over the past four years, Adam has worked across the country in outpatient physical therapy clinics, treating a wide variety of patients and diagnoses.
