At Renew we are proud to offer individualized physical therapy services at our state-of-the-art clinics. Your entire session will be with a dedicated Physical Therapist, creating a customized and effective treatment approach for your healing. To provide you with access to these facilities and this level of care and service we have an Annual Membership Fee of $129** which is charged on your first visit with us and valid for one year.
The Annual Membership Fee is an access fee in addition to any other insurance related payments.
Our goal is to continue to be a community partner and accept a variety of insurance plans. To continue raising the bar of individualized treatment and dedicated staff while remaining in-network with insurance plans we have introduced an Annual Membership Fee providing you with access to our clinics and staff.

– Oakland clinic: $129
– Mill Valley clinic: $129
– Novato clinic: $129
– San Diego clinic: $49 - Not reimbursable by insurance
- Purpose: This fee will enable us to provide top of the line, individualized physical therapy care at our modern facilities. Your evaluation and all of your follow-up treatments will always be with your therapist utilizing customized treatments specifically crafted to your specific needs.
