Christine specializes in orthopedic injuries and working with adolescent athletes who are eager to return to sports. She develops a specialized plan of care for each patient in order to achieve their specific goals. In addition to an integrative manual therapy approach and specific therapeutic exercise program her patients have great results especially in the youth and adolescent population.
It's always a good idea to warm up the body and stretch before an activity to prevent an injury, as well as a cool down and stretching after. Never underestimate the importance of stretching!
Christine received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Touro University, Nevada. Most of her experience has been in an orthopedic setting with a focus on returning athletes back to sports. She has a specialty of treating sports related injuries including post operative care patients (rotator cuff repairs, achilles repairs, meniscus repairs, ACL reconstruction).
Christine was born and raised here in the Bay Area and like many of her patients she has a love for the outdoors. During her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, and going to local concerts. In addition, she’s an avid baseball fan and loves going to Giants games. Recently she has been exploring indoor rock climbing and receiving guitar lessons.
