Abigal specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation with a focused approach on manual therapy for myofascial release. She combines her extensive background in exercise and sports with manual therapy to provide her patients with the most effective and efficient recovery time. She believes the patient needs to understand what is the root cause of their pain, and work within the patients routine and functional movement to better accommodate their personalized rehabilitation program.

Abigal is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She obtained her B.S. in Rehabilitation Science and continued her studies to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northeastern in 2013.
Abigal is an avid traveller and is always interested in discussing new places to visit. Her vacation interests involve cultural exploration and outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and stepping out of her comfort zone. She is passionate about food and spends her free time exploring Northern California’s coast while discovering locally made foods/products.
